Markku über Ubongo 3D The components are marvellous and puzzles in 3D are more addictive than the 2D versions. The tactile feel of of the pieces is excellent. A pleasure to play even if puzzles are not my cup of tea.
Julie K.: Absolutely right - it's so much more difficult than the 2D version, too. 13.02.2011-09:38:51
Markku über Genoa (Die Händler von Genua) Unfortunately takes quite a long time and thus is sometimes difficult to get on the table. But always rewarding.
Julie K.: What do you mean by "it's sometimes difficult to get on the table"? Do you literally mean the size or do you mean that people would rather play something else? 13.02.2011-09:42:27
Markku W.: Often it is easier to get players for a couple of shorter games. Even if the one long game would be "better". And there is a noticeable learning ... weiterlesencurve for this game. 15.02.2011-22:05:42
Julie K.: I see what you mean. :-) 16.02.2011-17:22:41
Markku über Coloretto Sometimes excellent games come in a small and simple package. Easy to teach, meaningfull decisions during the gameplay.
Markku W.: With a too large board is usually not worth the time and effort. Not enough interaction. 12.11.2010-00:51:43
Julie K.: It also takes such a long time to play. Mind you, it's probably more fun if you play with more people - I have only ever played it with 3 players. 13.02.2011-09:40:18
Markku über Im Schutze der Burg Quite strategic game and you'll have to decide what is the main thing you'd like to concentrate on. Game rewards long term planning, but usually will also need a backup plan. Do not let someone get all bonuses for a certain type of end scoring (money, towers, resources), unless you are also able to do the same.
